Privacy Policy and Text Message Terms

This page explains how Next Energy Solar LLC, doing business as NextEnergy (“NextEnergy,” “we,” or “us”), handles the information you share through QuoteAI, our online quoting tool, and how our quote text messages work.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address and phone number.
- Home and energy details: your address, utility, monthly bill, roof age, backup needs and other answers in the quote form, plus a photo of your bill if you choose to add one.
- Roof data: when you enter your address, we use Google services to look up satellite roof and sunlight data for that address.
- Device and ad data: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to see which ads and pages bring people to QuoteAI. This can include your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and ad click identifiers from Meta and Google, which we keep for up to 90 days on your device.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, check your roof and available incentives, and contact you the way you chose.
- To answer your questions and serve you if you become a customer.
- To measure and improve our ads and our website.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us run QuoteAI, such as our customer management system (HighLevel), Google (address lookup and roof data), our website host, Meta and Google Ads (ad measurement). For ad measurement, we may send Meta your email or phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form, along with the fact that you asked for a quote, and we may tell Google Ads that a Google ad click led to a quote request, an appointment or a sale.
- Partners you ask us to work with, such as a financing company, equipment maker or utility rebate program, only when you ask us to apply or connect you.
- Legal reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Your mobile number stays with us. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or just reply and ask us to stop.
- Your information: to ask what we have about you, or to correct or delete it, call (888) 342‑1568 or email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to serve you, support your system and warranty, and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send information we do not ask for, like bank or card numbers.
Children
QuoteAI is meant for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this page
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
Text Message Terms
- Program: NextEnergy quote messages. If you choose to get your quote by text and check the consent box, we will text you about your quote request, for example your quote, questions about your home and scheduling.
- Optional: consent to texts is not required to buy anything. You can choose email or a call instead.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stop or get help: reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call (888) 342‑1568.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: the sections above explain how we handle your information.
